When to Worry: Know Your Facts

Learn when to worry about your child/teen's mental health. Come learn strategies for how to start a conversation when you're child is in crisis.

Join us for this important, informative workshop.

If you're worried about your child/teen’s anxiety, thoughts of suicide or overall mental health, you're not alone.  More and more parents are struggling with their child/teen's issues of self harm, anxiety, depression and thoughts of suicide.

The NAN Project will provide a practical outline of the FACTS (Feelings, Actions, Changes, Threats, and Situations) that may indicate a child is struggling and suggestions on how to start a conversation with a young person in crisis.

Registration is recommended, not required.  Light refreshments will be served.
