1000 Books Before Kindergarten program!
This nationwide program is a fun, free way to build your child’s early literacy skills, and we’re here to help.
The goal is simple: read 1,000 books to your child before they enter kindergarten.
Developing literacy skills begins at birth and continues through the toddler and preschool years.
The best way to ensure a child has the skills necessary to learn to read is having someone read aloud to them.
Children from birth to age five can sign up in the Children’s Room in the Library.
Program sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

Coming soon: Mahjong at the Pearle
 Wednesdays at 10am
