Using the pillars of lifelong wellbeing – move it or lose it, brain health, nutrition, emotional resilience, mindfulness and connection to others - as a foundation, Donna David and Cathy Sessions will lead this six week course as they work with you to explore your individual capability of developing a life that is overflowing with well-being and joy now and as the years pass. Being fit and staying sharp as you age doesn’t have to be a struggle nor should it feel like a burden.
This program will provide information and ideas so that you may explore strategies to sustain a happy, healthy, and fulfilled life. There is also an experiential component so that you may practice activities during the sessions. Most of all, you will make connections and have fun! $360 per person.
