Our Lady of Hope Parish to host Annual Harvest Fair Nov. 7

Our Lady of Hope Parish will host its annual Harvest Fair fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at St. James Church Hall, 89 Main St. in South Grafton.

The fair will feature a variety of activities, shopping opportunities, raffles, and food for visitors of all ages.

The craft area will offer homemade crafts and plants, while the silent auction will feature new and vintage items, along with a variety of gift certificates. Visitors can also browse themed gift baskets available for purchase, as well as additional baskets available through bidding.

The money raffle will feature a top prize of $1,000, along with prizes of $500, $250 and $100. A separate 50/50 raffle will run from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The large raffle area will feature a 58-inch Westinghouse Smart TV with 4K UHD and Roku, including a three-year warranty; a Weber grill and pizza oven combination; and a mini freezer and refrigerator stocked with goodies.

The expanded Kids Zone, located on the lower level, will offer free temporary tattoos, games with prizes and Secret Santa gift-making activities for a reasonable fee. The expanded White Elephant area will provide bargain-hunting opportunities and include a jewelry boutique.

Visitors can also stop by the bake table for homemade treats or enjoy breakfast and lunch in the kitchen area, beginning at 9 a.m. and continuing while supplies last.

Organizers invite community members to browse the fair, shop for gifts, enjoy a meal and spend time with friends while supporting Our Lady of Hope Parish.
