The Uxbridge Youth Soccer League will host its 5th Annual RC Airshow on Sunday, October 18, from 12:00-4:00 p.m. at the Sutton Street Fields (285 Sutton Street, Uxbridge). The popular, family-friendly event brings together some of the region’s top award-winning RC pilots for an afternoon of spectacular stunts and a few surprises.

This year’s event features several famous area food trucks, including Anzios Brick Oven Pizza, Big Daddy’s Bites, Big T’s BBQ, Twisted Beveragez, and Wickid Weiners. The show also includes more than a dozen sought-after vendors selling crafts, food items, and other gifts.

The RC Air Show offers fun for the whole family, including yard games, kids’ activities, crafts, Touch-a-Truck, and more. You’ll also have a chance to press your luck with a variety of raffle prizes. Celebrity guests will be announced soon.

All proceeds from the RC Air Show go to fund programs, equipment, and opportunities for local youth athletes. Last year’s Air Show raised enough funds to aerate the Sutton Street fields, allowing the league to use them all season long. This year, the league is looking to raise enough funds to install an irrigation system.

Bring the whole family for an afternoon of thrills. Entry is $3 per person or $10 per family. Visit the “5th Annual UYSL RC Air Show” Facebook page for the latest updates and for a list of this year’s generous sponsors. For questions or to sponsor the show, email [email protected].
