At its meeting on August 25, 2026, the Planning Board voted (5-0) to sponsor STREET ACCEPTANCE for Rebecca Road, Joseph Circle, and Genivieve Drive for consideration at the 2026 Fall Annual Town Meeting. 

To see if the Town will vote to accept as a public way(s), Rebecca Road, Joseph Circle, and Genivieve Drive (Camelot subdivision), as heretofore laid out by the Board of Selectmen, a copy of which layout is on file with the Office of the Town Clerk, and further authorize the Board of Selectmen, in the name and behalf of the Town, to acquire by purchase, eminent domain, gift or otherwise, easements in said way(s) for the purpose for which public ways are used in the Town; or take any other action relative thereto.

The Planning Board shall hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at which time the Board will review with the Developer the overall status of completion and any remaining outstanding issues relative to certifications and sign-offs from municipal departments.  The Planning Board will then offer its recommendation to the Board of Selectmen concerning Vote to Layout roadways. 

Arrangements have been made for the Board of Selectmen to Vote Intent to Layout at its meeting on Monday, September 14, 2026, and to consider its Vote to Layout (Rebecca Road, Joseph Circle, & Genivieve Drive) on Monday, September 28, 2026.
