The Blackstone Valley Art Association is proud to celebrate its 2026 “Local Beauty” community art show! This free show drew in artists from around the Blackstone Valley with photographs, paintings, sketches, and other representations of the gorgeous landscapes, scenery, and architecture of our region. This show is “voter’s choice” meaning every person can cast a vote for their favorite artwork. You can vote in person at the BVAA Community Gallery at 5 South Main Street, Uxbridge. You can also vote based on the video walkthrough of the show, which is found at BVAA.org.

The public reception for this art show is on Friday, April 3rd from 5-7pm. All are welcome! We will have free snacks and soda, and you can see how many of the scenes you recognize. Winners get announced at 6pm.

The BVAA will host a free workshop on Monoprints / Gelli Print Making on Tuesday April 21st at 6:30pm. All are welcome to attend. Try something new and expand your creativity! More information on our free workshops can be found at BVAA.org. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
