National Grid Customer Care Event at 10:30 a.m. Reps for National Grid can help you to manage your energy bill, help you find assistance including discount rates, payment plans, budget plans, etc. No appointment is needed but please bring benefit cards or enrollment acceptance letters if you receive SNAP, MassHealth, SSI or WIC to enroll in the Discount Rate Program. This program is open to all.
