Meet at the River Bend Farm Visitors Center for the following programs. The center is located at 287 Oak Street, Uxbridge. All programs are free and open to the public.

Kidleidoscope: Fridays 10:30-11:30 a.m. We read a book, then do an activity and craft that relates to the story. Each week has a different theme. For ages 3-6 years, siblings welcome.

Woodlands and Waterways Tour: Fridays 1-2 p.m. Walk the banks of the Blackstone Canal and learn about the life it supports. We’ll look for signs of wildlife and learn how to keep our waterways clean and healthy.

Building the Canal Tour: Saturdays 2-3 p.m. Join us on a guided walk along the Blackstone Canal and learn about its historical and cultural significance in the farm to factory transformation of the Blackstone Valley. This program is appropriate for ages 12 and older. The walk is two miles over a dirt-packed and rugged forest surface with no inclines.
