In June, the Patrol Dog trial and certification for Region 4 was held in Essex. K9 Dozer and Patrolman Derek Gaylord participated in the Novice division as it was their first time seeing this Trial.

K9 teams from across the region were tested and judged in obedience, evidence recovery, suspect searches, and apprehension. 

K9 Dozer and Patrolman Gaylord really came through for Charlton and took home 3rd Place in Suspect Search, 2nd Place in Apprehension, 1st Place in Obedience and 1st place in Evidence Recovery. This secured the team a 1st Place Overall in the Novice division.
