The Grafton Police Department completed recertification earlier this month with electronic control weapons (commonly referred to as TASER). Officer Joe Coggans was tasked with playing the role of “Uncooperative Aggressor”. Let’s just say we will be nominating him for an Emmy Award for his performance.
