Health and Wellness
Blood Pressure Clinic -Wednesdays at 10 a. m. A nurse will check your blood pressure, height and weight 
Chair Yoga - Mondays at 10 AM and Thursdays at 1 PM.  Yoga exercise while seated, focused on stretching and relaxation led by certified instructor Gloria Beaupre
Barre Cardio - Tuesdays at 12:30 PM.  Low intensity workout inspired by ballet moves led by certified instructor Crystal Lee
Muscular Strength & Range of Motion Exercise - Wednesdays at 10 AM.  Light weights and bands are used to strengthen and tone muscles led by certified instructor Gloria Beaupre
Tai Chi - Thursdays at 9 AM.  Gentle & flowing movements for a low-impact workout led by certified instructor Gary Lachapelle 
Gentle Mat Yoga - Mondays at 12:30 PM.  Combination of gentle positions to increase mindfulness, breath and flexibility led by certified instructor Crystal Lee
Rita visits monthly to provide $12 haircuts for men & women.  Call to schedule an appointment.

Senior Services
Director Michelle Edelstein helps with issues including: elder abuse, senior safety, nutritional needs, family support, bereavement, health care & medication, mobility, mental health, substance abuse, financial concerns, legal issues, and more.

Flu Shots
The Sutton Board of Health provides Sutton seniors over age 65 with a free flu shot in October/November.  Bring insurance information. 

Fuel Assistance (Worcester Community Action Council)
Each season WCAC in Worcester County offers fuel assistance for people in need.
